What will the value of the home be worth after your done fixing it? This is where you really should put some time and effort into fact finding. You definitely would want a Realtors help with this one and maybe even a Licensed and Bonded Contractor to look over and give you a written and guaranteed estimate as to what the cost would be to fix the items in question.
