The Myth:  "I have full MLS search capability on www.fill -in-site-name.com"

Let us explain a little myth regarding the MLS search you see on some of the Real Estate sites on the Internet. We offer a FREE MLS search engine here on my site, some sites like us will allow you to browse the MLS for free, while others make you register to search the MLS. The MLS search you are allowed to see and use (whether free or by subscription) is the public MLS search, meaning a Real Estate Agent can post their MLS search as you see here on my site for free,  for the public masses to use. What you might not know is, there is another portion of the MLS that is restricted, and which only Real Estate Agents are allowed to access. This restricted portion of the MLS is the key to finding your Dream Home! Why is this the key, you ask? Well do a search on the MLS listed here on my site and you will see right away one of a couple of things:

• You are restricted to certain search criteria
• It is a general search, which usually returns hundreds if not thousands of results
• You'll quickly become frustrated with the results and time spent trying to find your Dream Home

Now, I bet you are asking yourself "Just what exactly is on the restricted MLS search and how can I get to it?"  There is no magical this or that, the truth and simple answer is this: You can't get to it, and there is a lot MORE search criteria that allows an agent to narrow your search down to the true results you want to see. They can enter in your very specific search criteria, setup their program to make that search on a consistent basis, then set it up to contact you and your agent via email with the specifications and PHOTO's of the homes that were returned in that search. That's it, no tricks, no smoke and mirrors, just the facts!

How does this help you? It saves you a lot of TIME, which is so important in more ways than one, and here's how. While you are searching for hours through all those hundreds of search results, your competitor who wants the same house you do, but signed up for my program, just got an email telling him or her that the home they have been dreaming of for years, just became available and is now on the market. So you tell me! Who would you rather be? The guy sitting at his computer for hours on end searching through hundreds of results, making all kinds of notes and wondering when this painful process is going to stop; or would you like to be the person who is relaxed, and confident in knowing that as soon as the home that matches the search criteria hits the market, he will receive an email with photos, spec's and pricing info, an alert on your PDA or Smart Phone, and a phone call from your Realtor?
